Show LEEDS Mrs. Evelyn McMuIlin Reporter Louis Hartley returned last week from a month's visit with relatives rela-tives in California. Delos Bradshaw Ipas been recalled re-called to military service and reported re-ported at Fort Douglas Tuesday. Visiting in Cedar City Saturday were Mrs. Ethel Stirling and daughters, Katherine and Florence. Mr. and Mrs. Kumen Stratton were Sunday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Allen. The two women are sisters. Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Ross of Salt Lake City are guests this week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Savage. Miss Alene Allen is home for a few days from her employment. She came to visit her brother, Pfc. Stewart Allen who is home from Mississippi on furlough. Mrs. David Stirling entertained at a post-wedding party Wednesday Wednes-day evening honoring her daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Dave Adams. . A large group of relatives and friends attended, at-tended, presenting the bride with many gifts. Speakers at our Sacrament meeting Sunday were Ernest Reber and George E. Miles, who spoke on Temple work. Mrs. Dave Adams took the early bus Tuesday for Nebraska, where she will join her husband, who is located there in military training. |
