Show NEW HARMONY Mrs. O. Hammond Reporter Speakers at our Sacrament meeting meet-ing Sunday were Dee Farnsworth tod Miss Neola Zahner. Miss Zahner, who taught school here last year is from Washington and was here Friday over Sunday visiting vis-iting her students and friends. She was a guest while here of 8 Mrs. Orson Hammond. Mrs. Edna R. Prince entered . the Iron county hospital the first r of the week for surgery. i Mr. and Mrs. Marion Prince had l as their guests last Saturday 21 of Mrs. Prince's relatives from Kanarra. The group motored up New Harmony canyon during the afternoon, where they enjoyed an evening corn and chicken roast. Mrs. Albert Mathis left Friday for Fairfield to visit her daughter, Mrs. Bray DuBoise and family and to meet her new grandson. Mr. and Mrs. James D. Neilson received word last week of the birth of a son to Mr. and Mrs. John Orullion of Salt Lake City. The baby is their grandson. Sunday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Schmutz were Mr. and Mrs. William Jones of Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Schmutz had as their guests over Sunday, Miss LaVera McArthur of St. George and Miss Margaret Jones of Cedar City. Mrs. Verl Kelsey was a business visitor in St. George last Friday. |
