Show SANTA CLARA Miss Amanda Graff Reporter (Held Over from Last Week) Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Snow and S2c and Mrs. Chester Snow and baby, of St. George, were Sunday guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. E. R. Frei Jr. Mr. and Mrs. Loren Stucki and daughter Lorna were visiting at Alamo, Nevada, with her sister, Mrs. Nettie Graff, and family. Miss Delma Gubler returned to her home in Logandale after visiting vis-iting the past week with her grandmother, Mrs. Anna Gubler. School commenced Monday with J. Claud Frei, Madge Cannon and Miss Neola Zahner as teachers. Kelly Gates and Don D. Gates came home from California where they were visiting their brother, Junior, who is going to school there. Edward R. Frei Sr. returned to his home in Salt Lake City Tuesday Tues-day after spending a week here visiting relatives. Mrs. J. F. Ray is visiting m Ogden with her brother, Sam Stucki, and family. Mr. and Mrs. Emil Gubler entertained en-tertained a number of friends and relatives at a party honoring Hy-rum Hy-rum Buler on Saturday evening. Mrs James Palmer and two sons are visiting here with Mrs. Palmer's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lorenzo Leavitt. Mrs. Howard Frei and two children chil-dren returned home from Koo-sharem Koo-sharem Sunday. They have spent the summer there with her parents par-ents Mr. and Mrs. Albert DeLang. Mr and Mrs. Landon Frei and Mr and Mrs. Calvin Stucki left for' Salt Lake City Saturday to see Mrs. Frei's brother, Pfc. Glen-don Glen-don Graff, who is coming home on a furlough. Mr. Graff has been in France for the past year. Mr and Mrs. Elgin Graff are in Salt Lake City to visit Mr. Graffs brother, Oliver Graff, and family. Mrs. Laura Buggert of Prove is here to spend the winter with her daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Ence. Mr and Mrs. Archie Gubler are leaving Thursday for Salt Lake City to visit with relatives. |
