Show Best Fishing In Long Time, Hope of Nimrods Wild Life Group Ile-elccts Same Officers and Directors Iiy Acclamation Hope for the best fishing in this area for a long time was promised in the reports made Saturday evening, eve-ning, April 28. when the Washington Washing-ton County Wild Life Association assembled in the Woodward high gym for their annual report meeting meet-ing and elections. J. L. Wadsworth, president, E. S. Gardner, vice president and Clair S. Terry, secretary-treasurer were returned to office by a unanimous un-animous vote. State chairman N. R. Frei and Marion M.ulsen, head of the State Fish and Game department and Ranger Irwin Johnson were special spe-cial speakers. Mr. Madsen said 50 per cent more fish are being raised now than ever before, and Washington county is to receive heavier plantings. Two tank loads were planted over the week end in the Enterprise reservior and more are coming. Mr. Frei spoke on the work of the state department depart-ment in coordinating range management man-agement with forest service and grazing, and Ranger Johnson reported re-ported on the recent range surveys. |
