Morris, going Jr. given in the South ward meet-Jfe meet-Jfe ing Sunday afternoon was very much enjoyed by the large num- . ber of people present. Following the program Mr. Harmon enteral enter-al tained the following who had "j taken part at a dinner at the Standard Cafe: Mr. and Mrs. Harold S. Snow, Mr. and Mrs. William T. Morris, Misses Clara Woodhouse and Isabelle Brooksby and Mrs. Clara Lee. Miss Lucille Gates underwent an operation at the local hospital hospit-al on Wednesday. Mrs. Annie J. Van Orden came in Wednesday from Salt Lake City to visit for a few days with relatives and friends. I Mrs. Lorin A. Little returned I Wednesday morning 'from Salt Lake City where she spent a few days visiting and on business. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Empey and two children of Magna came in Sunday to spend about a week visiting his parents and other relatives. A Temple excursion consisting of nineteen members of the Boulder Boul-der City ward spent Wednesday here working in the Temple. Misses Mildred and Florence Judd of LaVerkin who is attending attend-ing the B. Y. U. at Provo this winter were visiting friends here this week. Don Carter and Moroni Bleak left Monday for Los Angeles to spend a few days on business. |
