Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The State of Utah Office of State Engineer Salt Lake City, Notice is hereby given that U. S. Forest Service, Ogden, Utah has has made application in accordance accord-ance with the laws of Utah to appropriate 0.02 sec. ft. of water from Maple Spring in Washington County, Utah. Said water will be diverted from June 1 to October 31, inclusive of each year at the point or issuance ot said spring located North 4121 ft. and West 6295 ft. from the SE Cor. Sec. 26, T. 38 S., R. 18 W., S.L.B.&M., and conveyed 66 ft. to metal stock watering troughs where it will be used to water 100 head of cattle. This Application is designated in the office of the State Engineer as No. 12475. All protests resisting the granting grant-ing of said Application, with reasons rea-sons therefor, made in affidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Humpherys, State Engineer, Capitol Capi-tol Building, Salt Lake City, with one extra copy and $1.00 filing fee within 30 days after the date of completion of publication. T. H.
