Show VEYO Elders Lee Hafen and Vivian Frei were our speakers in Sacra ment meeting Sunday. Their visit was very much appreciated. Evan Cottam of St. George spent Sunday in Veyo at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Cottam. There is a great deal of sickness sick-ness in Veyo, both among the children and the older people. June Chadburn has gone to Hunts ranch to work for some little time. Mrs. i-red Chadburn and in-; in-; fant daughter returned h o m e I from St. George last week. There are several men in town working on the noxious weed program. Mrs. Melvnia Horsley has returned re-turned home after spending about a month in Mesquite, Nevada with her daughter, Mrs. Levi Hancock. Mrs. Eldon Smith and small daughter, who has been here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Ben-jamin Chadburn for some time, returned to her home in Summit last week. A number of our young folk attended the wedding dance of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Lytle in Gunlock on Saturday evening. |
