After the meeting meet-ing the WPA orchestra from St. George played for a dance. Mr. and Mrs. Antone Bowler and daughter, Jeanne of Washington, Wash-ington, D. C. are visiting at the home of Mrs. Bowler's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Slack. Howard Wright of Hurricane was brought from the Cedar City hospital last week to stay with his daughter, Mrs. Lynn Naegle. Mr. and Mrs. A. P. Slack spent Saturday at Rockville attending the Berry reunion. Mr. and Mrs. Scott Bringhurst of Salt Lake City visited Saturday Satur-day at the home of Mr. Bring-hurst's Bring-hurst's mother, Mrs. Laura Bringhurst. Bring-hurst. A genealogy program was given in sacrament meeting Sunday. Mrs. Anna Larson left Wednesday Wed-nesday for Richfield. Mr. and Mrs. Bowers of Cedar City spent Sunday at the home of Mrs. Bower's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel C. Dodge. Mrs. Pearl Henroid of LaVerkin spent Tuesday visiting friends here. During the past 10 days engineers, en-gineers, financiers and geologists from Denver, New York and San Francisco have been investigating the manganese mining property of Milton Wallace. Mrs. Fern Bringhurst left Monday Mon-day Salt Lake City to visit. Mr. and Mrs. Berry Williams visited here Tuesday. |
