Show Romantic Play Featuring Life of Foster To Be Given By College A romantic play of the life of Stephen Collins Foster, will be presented in the Dixie college auditorium Thursday evening, December De-cember 8. This four-act play by Earl Hobson Smith is under the direction of B. Glen Smith. The play includes the most famous Foster songs, among which are: "Lou'siana Belle", "Oh Lemeul", "Open Thy . Lattice Love", "De Camptown Races", "Old Uncle Ned", "Hard Times Come Again No More" and many more of these old favorites. This appealing play unfolds the romance between Stephen Foster, great composer, and Susan Pent-land Pent-land and Jane Denny McDowell, once Pittsburg's most celebrated young ladies.
