Duffin, Jos-poh Jos-poh Duffin, William Duffin, H. E. Duffin Duf-fin George I. Batty, M. N. Batty, William Wil-liam M. Batty, J. F. Batty, Minnie Gardner, Alice Bruum, Arch. Batty, Es-bert Es-bert Batty, and Richard Roe, Mary Doe, and Alice Roe, whose real and true names are unknown, and the unknown heirs of devisees or legatees of Richard Rich-ard Pryor, John Batty and Mary Ann Batty, his wife, and Isaac Duffin and Mary F. Duffin, his wife, and all other persons, claiming any right, title, estate est-ate lien or interest in the property described de-scribed in the complaint. SUMMONS The State of Utah to the said Defendants: De-fendants: You and each of you are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days after service of this summons sum-mons upon you, if served within the County in which this action is brought; otherwise within thirty days after service, ser-vice, and defend the above entitled action'; ac-tion'; and in case of your failure so to do judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint. The above entitled action is brought to quiet title to the following described land, situated in Washington County, State of Utah, "Commencing at a point which lies east 27.25 chains from the south west corner of the NW!4 of Sec. 11, Tp. 41 S. R. 13 West S. L. M. and running thence east 12.75 clains; thence north 7.87 chains; thence South 68 deg, 30' west 3 chains; thence north 17 deg. 30' west 2.93 chains; thence north 5 deg west 2.13 chain; thence south 68 deg. 30' west, 12.50 chains ; thence south 17 deg. 30' east 5.06 chains; -thence north 68 deg. 30' east 1.25 chains; thence south 6 deg. 30' west 3:50 chains; to place of beginning containing contain-ing 14 acres of land, be the same more or less. I have in my possession the following -described animal, which, if not claimed and taken tak-en away, will be sold at public auction to the highest cash bidder, at my corral, in Santa Clara Town, on Saturday, Satur-day, the 23 day of July, 1927, at the hour of One o'clock p. m , One Brindle Steer about 18 months old; no brand; marked, swallowfork and underbit in right ear, swallowfork and upper bit in left ear. Said animal is held by me to secure the payment of fifty cents damages done by said animal ani-mal upon the premises of Santa Clara Town on the 13th day of July, 1927. Ed. R.
