Show PINE VALLEY Pine Valley, May 14. Miss Edna Snow returned home Monday from Cedar City, where she spent the winter win-ter teaching school. She left Thursday Thurs-day for Delta, where she intends spending the summer. Lyman Canfield of St. George and Will Cunningham of Enterprise are here shearing sheep for Bp. Jeter Snow and Bruce Snow. The wool crop is reported to be excellent. Malin Cox returned home Friday from St. George, where Mrs. Cox recently re-cently underwent an operation for appendicitis. She is reported to be improving nicely. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Engle have arrived here .to spend the summer. We are pleased to have Mr. Engle return re-turn as our forest ranger. Keith and the Misses Mishie and Ida Seegmiller spent last week end here from St. George visiting Mr. and Mrs-. Bruce Snow. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Church spent a few days here last week visiting Mrs. Church's parents, Mr.' and Mrs. P. E. Beckstrom. Mr. and Mrs. Rex Gardner returned return-ed home Friday from St. George, where Mrs. Gardner spent the winter. win-ter. William Snow returned home Tuesday from Orderville. where he spent a few days visiting friends. Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Gardner of Ogden spent a few days here last week, visiting relatives. Mrs. Reuben Gardner returned home Monday from St. George where she spent the winter: Mrs. Clyde Gray returned today from Central where she spent the last two weeks. J. R. Fawcett of St. George was a business visitor here the fore part of the week. Myron Stout of Iron Springs spent the week end here visiting friends. Miss Bessie Snow is spending Commencement Com-mencement week in St. George. Olaf and Frank Jacobson have recently re-cently purchased a new; sedan. |
