WASHINGTON Washington. May 24.- Mr. Eldon Larson of this place and Miss May Linder of St. George were married in the St. George temple May 2 4th. Eldon is a son of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Larson, highly respected citizens of this place. He has taught school in Alamo, Nevada, for the past two years. The young couple intend leaving for Salt Lake soon, where they will attend summer school. The junior girls had an ice cream party Tuesday evening at the home of Louise Thayne. Mrs. Harris of Springville is spending spend-ing a few weeks here with her neice, Mrs. Mary Hafen. Mrs. Hannah Jolley has returned from Delta where she has been visiting visit-ing with her son. The boy scouts of the St. George East ward spent Friday night and Saturday here. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Jones of Overton, Nev., were visiting relatives here Monday. Will Pearce and Joe Judd were here Sunday from Desert Mound. Mrs. Anna Nisson entertained the Lae Somies club Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Marion Jolley have returned from Rockville. Bert Hall returned to Glendale Monday.
