Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utn.h. October 21. 1925. Notice is hereby given that Levi Cantrall, whose, post office address is Enterprise. Utah, has1 made application appli-cation in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of Section S. Chapter 67, Session Laws of Utah, 1919. to change the point of diversion and nature, of use of two and five-tenths (2.5) c. f. s. of water from East Fork of Beaver Dam Wash in Washington .County, Utah. Heretofore, said water has been diverted at a point which bears 5360 ft. S. from the NW cor. Sec. 6, T. 3 9 S., R. IS W S. L. M. and used for the irrigation of 120 acres of land embraced in the S Sec. 2 7, T. 3 9 S.. R. IS W. It is now desired to divert the water at a point which bears N. 39 54' E. 2342 ft. from the E'-4 cor. Sec. 17. T. 39 S.. R. IS W. and conveyed in a canal a distance of 4360 ft. where it will be used for mining purposes. One-half second ft. of water will be consumed and the remainder, or 2 c. f. s.. will be returned re-turned to the natural channel at a point which bears N. 46 W. 23S0 ft. from the SK cor. Sec. 17. T. 39 S.. R. IS W.. S. L. M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. aS36. All protests against th granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of Sl.oO. and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of -this notice.
