Show ROCKVILLE Mrs. Grant Langston is out again after a two week's illness. Mrs. Robert Slaughter fend daughter, Georgia, of Hinckley are visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Levi DeMille. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Hir-schi, Hir-schi, Karma and lone DeMille were business' visitors in St. George Saturday. Daniel and Dewey Hsrschi made a trip to Cedar City, Monday. Mon-day. Sherman Russell is home from a two week's stay in Pioche, Nevada. Ne-vada. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Angel returned re-turned hgme Wednesday from a week's visit in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Willard Blake of St. George were Sunday visitors here. Mrs. Dewey Hirschi spent a few days of the past week in Hurricane. Mrs. Leonard Dalton and Mrs. Guy De Mille made a business trip to Cedar City, Saturday. Byron Millett, Jr., of Salt Lake City was a visitor here during the past week. Miss Mildred Millett left Saturday Sat-urday for Los Angeles where she will visit indefinitely. Kenneth Hirschi of St. George was a visitor here last week-end. Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Dennett were visitors here from St. George Sunday. Mrs. Rowena Slack and daughter, daugh-ter, Maxine of Toquerville spent a few days here last week. Mr. and Mrs. Waldon Ballard are home from a short stay in New Harmony. Alton Jones, Arthur Cox, Henry Covington and Edwin De Mille spent Sunday in Short Creek as home missionaries. Mrs. Afton Ballard is home from a week's visit in St. George. W. W. Clyde Construction Co. were awarded the contract to re-surface the road between Zion Park and La Verkin, work is to begin immediately. Arthur Terry, Warren and Howard Hirschi, Rex Russell and Mrs. Joseph Halverstadt were visitors vis-itors from Bryce over the weekend. |
