Show LA VERKIN La Verkin, Sept. 29. Mrs. Maggie Barnhurst left last Thursday for Hatch, where she will meet her :: I brother-in-law, Melt Barnhurst and ;. I family, and they will all go from there to Salt Lake City to attend conference con-ference and to meet Mrs. Barnhurst's : I husband, Orson, who"' is returning from a mission in Alabama. Mr. and Mrs. Jed Cox of Cedar City spent Sunday at the home of Mrs. Cox's sister, Mrs. Jos. E. Gubler. Miss Mishie Hardy returned with them to Cedar City where she has ! employment. Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Barnhurst and daughter, Miss Laura, were here from St. George Saturday visiting at the Wni. Sanders home. Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Thompson and family of St. George visited relatives and friends here Sunday. Miss Rosab'la and Horatio Gubler left last week to attend the Dixie college col-lege at St. George. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Hardy spent three days of last week in Cedar City on business. Leona Elder and Leona Morrill visited in Kingston last week. Mr. and Mrs. George Judd spent Sunday at St. George. |
