Show FORFEITURE NOTICE To Ren Bryson, sometimes known as Ren Brison, his Heirs, if any and to all whom it may concern: You are hereby notified that the BARKER GOLD MINING COMPANY a corporation, has expended during the year 192 4, Two Hundred Dollars in labor and improvements upon the Blue Jay No. 1 and Blue Jay No. 2 lode mining claims, situated in Gold-strike Gold-strike Mining District, County of Washngton, State of Utah, the location loca-tion notices of which are found of record in Book X-8, Pages 5 69 and 570, respectively, in the office of the Recorder of said Washington County in order to hold said claims under the provisions of Section 2324 of the Revised Statutes of the United States, Stat-es, and the amendment thereto approved ap-proved January 22, 18S0, and the Act of Congress of December 31, 1920, and Act of Congress approved August 24, 1921 , concerning annual labor upon mining claims, being the amount required to hold said lodes for the period ending on the 1st day of July, 1924. And if, within ninety days after the publication of this notice, no-tice, you fail or refuse to contribute your proportion of such expenditure as a co-owner, which amounts to Fifty Dollars, your interest in the claims will become the property of the subscriber, your co-owner, who has made the required expenditure, by the terms of said section.
