Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. October, 1, 1924. Notice is hereby given that G. A. Anderson, whose post office address is Leeds, Washington County, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirement of the Compil-.edLawsof Compil-.edLawsof Utah,- 10-17, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919, to appropriate Five (5) cubic feet of water per second and Three Hundred (300) acre feet of water from Quail Creek in Washington County, Utah. which bears Sll feet South and 29.1 feet West of the E Corner Section 36, Township 40 South, Range 14 West, S. L. M. and carried through the Leeds Water Company's ditch a distance of 2 miles where it will be stored from March 1st to July 1st and in a reservoir inundating parts of the SEi,4SEii Sec. 7, T. 41 S., R. 13 W. the center of the impounding dam of which is located at a point which bears N. 57 30' W. 3 60 feet from the SE cor. said Sec. 7. The water will be used from Mar. 1 to Nov. 15 of each year for the irrigation of 100 acres of land embraced in parts of WNW, NWiiSWi, SE Sec. 17; NEii Sec. 20, T. 41 S., R. 13 W., S. L. M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 9 532. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
