Show MRS. NEILS SANDBERG DIES IN SALT LAKE Mrs. Jessie Milne Sandberg of Salt Lake City died at that place at 3:20 this morning of heart and kidney trouble. She had been in poor health for two years, but seriously ill for the past three weeks. She died in a Salt Lake hospital where she had been for ten days. Mrs. Sandberg was born in St. George on March 1, 1884, a daughter daugh-ter of David H. and Anne Hess Milne. She spent her childhood here, completed school and taught in the grade schools here for three years. On June 9, 1910, she was married in the St. George temple to Neils Sandberg, Jr., and moved to Salt Lake City where they have since resided. re-sided. She had always taken an active ac-tive part in the Belvadere ward in Salt Lake City and was well liked and highly respected by all who knew her. Besides her husband, she is survived sur-vived by two children, Wayne, .15; and Helen, 8; one child died in infancy; in-fancy; three sisters, Mrs. AlUfrt Fawcett and Mrs. D. C. Watsm of St George, and Mrs. Louis S. Dede-kind Dede-kind of Chicago. Mr. and Mrs. Watson and Mrs. Fawcett went to Salt Lake the fore part of last week on receiving word 'of Mrs. Sandberg's serious condition, but Tuesday when she showed some improvement Mr. and Mrs. Watson returned home arriving here Wednesday. Wed-nesday. They will return to Salt Lake Friday to attend the funeral to be held Saturday or Sunday. Mrs. Fawcett and Mrs. Dedekind were with their sister at the time of her death. |
