Show COURT CALENDARS PRACTICALLY CLEAR For the first time in many years the Fifth district court calendars are practically clear of litigation. All old cases will have been settled by the end of July, and Judge LeRoy H. Cox is looking forward to a much needed rest. Since taking office he has been on the job every day with the exception o a day now and then, but these rest periods have been few and far between. Judge Cox came down from Nephi Monday night for a brief visit with his family, and left Tuesday night for Fillmore where on Wednesday he tried the two remaining cases on the docket in Millard county. Washington and Iron county calendars calen-dars are practically clear; two cases remain in Juab, which were not tried because of illness of witnesses; only two cases remain in Beaver j county. The next term of the Washington county district court will convene in St. George in September. |
