Show GAIN REPORTED IV BUS TRAVEL New equipment recently placed in service on Pickwick Greyhound transcontinental lines, together with improved depot and termi- j nal facilities, are credited by officials of-ficials with playing a major part in travel volume over a period of weeks. The company operates two east bound schedules daily over the Santa Fe Trail through Albuquerque and Denver and two over the Arrowhead trail through St. George, Salt Lake and on to Denver. "Within the last few months," said Charles F. Wren, president of the Pickwick Greyhound system, "several hundred thousand dollars dol-lars has been invested in new rolling roll-ing stock and additional large sums have gone into depot and terminal improvements. All outworn equipment equip-ment has been replaced with new, modern, de luxe coaches with deeply upholstered, reclining chairs and other refinements. |
