Show I CEDAR GAME (Continued from first page) but have improved considerably Porter, who wields the bat witt a lot of vim, Judd on first base who played the game without having an error marked ui against him, and who also madt a couple of nice hit, and Price on third, are the new men or the team that looked particularly particul-arly good. Ad Anderson is a former St. George boy. Lasl year he played for Cedar. Whitehead didn't get a home I run yesterday, but with 4 hits out of 5 times at bat he made a record to shoot at. Milne gof a beauty over the outfielders head but couldn't beat the ball home. Cedar is to be complimented compli-mented on the way they brought the ball in so quickly to catch Milne on home. There were ; several hits that on a hard field J would have gone for home runs. . Hits that went over the fielders heads but when they hit soft , dirt in the outfield they stopped within a few feet instead of roll- Thomas is developing a real team and if he and the te-am receive the support they are en-! en-! titled to, they will show some j mighty fine baseball.
