Mace, of Kanab, Utah, who, on August 15, 1930, made Stock-Raising Homestead Entry, Act of 12-29-16, No. 065058, for Lots 3, 4, (SNW), SW, Sec. 32, T. 42 N., R. 2 W.; Lot 4, (NWNW), Sec. 5; Lots 1, 2 3, 4, 5, SEViNWVi, SNE, (N), Lot 6, (NWy4SW), Section Sec-tion 6, Township 41 N., Range 2 W, G.&S.R.B.& Meridian, has filed notice of intention to make Final Three Year Proof, to establish es-tablish claim to the land above described, before Asa W. Judd, United States Commissioner, at Fredonia, Arizona, on the 30 th day of March, 1935. Claimant names as witnesses: Elmer Judd, Russel Cutles, Ronald Mace, all of Kanab, Utah; F. S.
