Show AGED PIONEER PASSES - AWAY AT PINE YALLE Mrs. Lenora Cannon Gardner, aX: aged and very highly respected resi- dent of Pine Valley, passed awaj last Saturday, aged S4 years. Sister Gardner was a pioneer o? 1S49 to Utah, and a pioneer of ihiJ" Dixie country. She was born at Liv erpool, England in 1S40, and came tcr America in 1S42. Her mother diec while crossing 'the ocean and was buried in the Atlantic ocean; her father died two years later, leaving her an orphan at Nauvoo, II;., at the age of four years. She was a sister of the late Presidents George Q. and Angus M. Cannon, and is survived by a brother, David H. Cannon, president presi-dent of the St. George temple, three sons, three daughters and many grandchildren. Funeral services were held at Pine Vaile Tuesday, many atui-...iug from here.
