The attending physician declares there is nothing he can do for hint because he is improving so rapidly. J. B. Fairbanks spent the week in Zion park painting. He returned home Saturday, having sold a few paintings. He left last night for another week in the canyon. William Christensen and friend of Richfield returned to that place on Tuesday having spent a day here visiting. vis-iting. They took with them Mrs. Lora A. Christensen, Sr., who spent the spring and fore part of the summer with relatives. Mrs. Emily A. Gifford is still suffering suf-fering from the effects of a fall at St. George some time ago. The third finger of the right hand, on which she fell is fractured and the whole hand is badly swollen. Nothing seems to make any change in it. It was said by a physician that an X-ray picture may have' to be taken to find just where the trouble is. Bishop and Mrs. White and Mr. Call of the Willard ward were with us in Sunday school and sacrament meeting Sunday. Mr. White and Mr. Call gave us some very splendid talks in both meetings. |
