Show NOTICE. United States Land Office, Of-fice, Salt Lake City, Utah, March 6, 1926. To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given that the State of Utah has filed in this office lists of lands, selected by the said State, under section 6 of the Act of Congress, Con-gress, approved July 16, 1894, as Indemnity School lands, viz: NW't-SE,4 NW't-SE,4 Sec. 18, Lot 1 Sec. 19, Twp. 40 S. R. 16 West. SNE, EVSE, SWSE4 Sec. 13, NNE4 Sec. 24, Twp. 40 South Range 17 West. S. L. M. Serial 039359, List 2290. Copies of said lists, so far as they relate re-late to said tracts by descriptive subdivisions, sub-divisions, have been conspiciously posted in this office for inspection by any person interested and by the public pub-lic generally. During the period of publication of this notice, or any time thereafter, and before final approval ap-proval and certification, under departmental de-partmental regulations of April 2 5, 1907, protests or contests against the claim of the State to any of the tracts or subdivisions hereinbefore, described describ-ed on the ground that the same is more valuable for mineral than for agricultural purposes, will be received receiv-ed and noted for report to the General Gen-eral Land Office at Washington, D. C. Failure so to protest or contest, within the time specified, will be considered con-sidered sufficient evidence of non-mineral non-mineral character of the tracts and the selections thereof, being otherwise other-wise free from objection, will be approved ap-proved to the State.
