Show j NOTICE NO. 2 j Provided the City Council of the i Cit-V of St. George be authorized to j make said improvements referred to in Notice No. 1 it is their intention at the same time, while the trench of said drain is open, to make the following described improvements to-wit: to-wit: The construction of a sewer, be-! be-! ginning at the Intersection of Main j and Fourth South streets and run-!ning run-!ning thence south to Filth South, i thence west on Fifth South to First West, thence north on First West I seven blocks to the intersection of First West and Second North streets, and to defray all of the costs thereof estimated at $10,416.00 by local assessment as-sessment upon the blocks, lots, parts of lots or lands within the following follow-ing described district, being the district dis-trict to be affected or benefited by said improvements, namely: All those lots or parts of lots of blocks 11, 12, 16, and west half of block 17 Plat C which abutt Main Street, Fifth South street and First West street; also all those lots or parts of lots in the following blocks which abutt First West street, to-wlt: Blocks 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 24, 25, 30 and 31. All protests and objections to the carrying out of such intention must be presented in writing by the owners own-ers of abutting property, to the city recorder on or before 2 p. m., the 20th day of July, A. D 1929, being the time set by said council when it will hear and consider such objections ob-jections as may be made there. By order of the City Council. G. E. MILES, City Recorder.
