"CIVIES" PLAY SPRINGDALE The baseball team of company No. 9 62 camp P-l, Zion Park C. C. C. took the short end of a 22' to 4 score in a game held at Springdale Tuesday afternoon June 13th. Both sides played ragged ball, due more or less, to lack of re- j gular practice. Errors made on both teams were plentiful and field support, though good at times, could be greatly improved. W. Whiting and R. Phibbs handled the mound position for the Civies, while Dennet and Eager filled the position for Springdale. A return game is scheduled between the teams in the near future.
