Show NOTICE ON PETITION FOR DISCHARGE DIS-CHARGE IN BANKRUPTCY In the District Court of the United States fos the District of Utah. In Bankruptcy No. 11925. In the Matter of Edwin Richard Rich-ard Higbee, a Bankrupt. Notice is hereby given that Edwin Ed-win Richard Higbee, of Toquer-ville, Toquer-ville, Utah, has filed his petition on the 6th day of June, 1930, praying pray-ing for a discharge from all his debts in bankruptcy. All creditors and other persons interested are ordered to attend at the hearing upon said petition before the United Unit-ed States District Judge, in the United States court room in the Federal Bldg., Salt Lake City, Utah, on the 18th day of August, 1930, at two o'clock in the afternoon after-noon thereof, and then and there show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. By general rule of the court, it is further ordered, that ' any creditor opposing this application, shall enter his appearance appear-ance and file specification in writing writ-ing in opposition thereto, with the undersigned referee, in the manner man-ner and at the time as provided in General Order Number 32.
