Show ENTERPRISE ENTERPRISE, Nov. 8. A Boy Scout court of honor was held here in sacrament meeting Sunday, with B. Glen Smith, B. Jarvis, Jr., and J. Wm. Harrison, Harri-son, officials of the St. George district, attending. A numbor of awards were made to Enterprise and St. George boys. A quartet was rendered by four Enterprise Scouts, and a solo given by Mae-ser Mae-ser Terry. Arthur Pickering, twelve-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Pickering, was rushed to the Cedar City hospital Saturday on account of a ruptured appendix.. Mrs. Arthur Thomas entertained entertain-ed in honor of Mrs. Burton Adair at her home Friday afternoon. All of the Enterprise teachers attended institute at St. George Friday and Saturday. Mrs. Estella Holt and son, Howard, and daughter, Miss Fay, returned last Tuesday from Salt Lake City where Howard was entered in the Atwater Kent music mu-sic scholarship contest. Work was started this morning morn-ing on the Cottonwood road. Mr. and Mrs. Luther Bastian of Provo and Mrs. Nora Lamor-eaux Lamor-eaux of Paragoonah spent last week here on account of the illness of their father, O. W. Huntsman. |
