L Watts at Salt Sail Lake City ceremonies Vernal Guard Man Nets Nets Aviation Award A Vernal national guardsman recently recent ly received the U.S. US Army's Broken Wing Award The award was presented present present- ed to Tom Wardell commander of the local National Guard unit by Utah Adjutant General MG Maurice L L.
