Show 1 1 fIr OT f SARAH HULLINGER HATCH died Monday in Vernal Sarah H Hatch Funeral Today In Second Ward I ISarah Sarah Christina latch Hatch 75 of Vernal died Mon day in the Uintah County Has llos- llos pital following a long illness I Mrs Hatch was born March 20 1892 to Winfield Scott and I IAnnel Annel Davis Hullinger She married Brownie Monroe Hatch April 5 1909 in Vernal The wedding was later solem solem- solemnized In the Salt Lake Temple tier Her husband and one son Leland preceded her in death MRS HATCH lived in Vernal all of her life except for one summer when she lived in Dragon where her husband was digging gilsonite For many years she and her husband owned and operated the latch Hatch Cabins She was an active member of the Church and was a Relief Society teacher from the time she was first married until the last few y years ars of her life She made many trips by horse and buggy Mrs latch Hatch was a member of I the Daughters of Utah Pioneers i and a gold star mother Her son Leland died in World War II Mrs Hatch owned the Vernal City Cemetery ground at one onetime onetime time She traded it to Vernal City SURVIVORS include son and daughters Earl E L Dee and Enes all of Vernal Mon Mon Mon- Monroe roe Jensen Jerry LaVern Oceanside California Mrs Harry Fontella and Mrs Charles Iona Rich Rich- Richens ens both of Roosevelt 33 grandchildren 39 great grand children Funeral services will be beheld beheld held Thursday today at 1100 am in the Vernal Second Ward Chapel Friends may call at atthe atthe the Vernal Mortuary prior to toI I services Burial will be In the Vernal Memorial Park Cemetery tery Cemel |
