Show j . i : . . ; l J " I r . i t " 5 I I ' f . i ) I - N i ( A L ' I Laura and Shad Jackson Mr. and Mrs. Shad Jackson exchange July wedding vows Laura Lynn Sizemore of Vernal, daughter of Lois Knoblock of Vernal and Frank Sizemore of Rangely, Colorado, Col-orado, became the bride of Kenneth Shad Jackson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lane Jackson, all of Vernal, in a double dou-ble ring ceremony July 18. The marriage mar-riage was performed by Bishop Neldon Slaugh at the groom's parents' home. A wedding dinner was hosted by the groom's parents after the ceremony. An open house will be held Friday, August 5 at the Davis Third Ward Chapel, 4000 South 1500 East, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. The bride has chosen a w hite organdy organ-dy wedding gown with a square neckline. The short puffy sleeves were trimmed with eyelet lace and had a satin sash. Laura's bouquet consisted of red carnations and white stephanotis with lace streamers. Laura chose Jo Layne Fullenwider as her matron of honor. Best man was Stan Fullenwider. The three-tiered white cake was decorated with red roses, carnations, and stephanotis of silk topped with a cluster of satin bells with miniature roses. It was made by a great aunt Olen Heddleson. Showers were given by Jo Layne Fullenwider, Marcia, Anna Lee, and Angel Lyn Jackson. The couple took their w edding trip to Salt Lake and are now making their home in Vernal where Shad is employed at C.R.C. BI-CO Rental. |
