Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described describ-ed real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, ti-tle, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, at the south front door of the Uintah County Courthouse, Vernal, Ver-nal, Utah, on the 10th day of August, 1983, at 11:00 o'clock a.m. of said day : BEGINNING on the East line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 5 South, Range 21 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; Meri-dian; South 1,470.00 feet from the Northeast corner cor-ner of said Southwest Quarter; thence South along said East line 100.00 feet; thence West perpendicular to said East line 193.00 feet; thence north parallel to said East line 100.00 feet; thence East 193.00 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to a 33 foot Uintah Uin-tah County Road right-of-way along the East line of said lot. Commonly known as 4272 South Vernal Avenue, Vernal, Utah 84078. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these nonjudicial non-judicial proceedings is dated July 19, 19H2, and was executed by NELSON J.
