The child abuser is likely to be daddy, uncle, un-cle, or a family friend. The more apparent victims are the children themselves, the less obvious victims are their mothers. Judges often assume the woman was aware of what was happening and by failing to report it, is an unfit mother. Ms. Armstrong gives advice on where to go to get help.
