Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale on the West front entrance of the Uintah County Courthouse. Cour-thouse. Vernal. Utah, on the 19th day of May, 1983, at the hour of 12: 00 noon of said day. for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed executed ex-ecuted by Scott H. Hancock Han-cock and Sherry L. Hancock, Han-cock, husband and wife, as Trustors, in favor of American Savings and Loan Association as beneficiary, covering real property located at 9220 East 6000 South, Jensen, Utah 84035. and more particularly par-ticularly described as follows : Beginning at a point on the East line Northwest quarter Southeast quarter Section 20, Township 5 South, Range 23 East.
