Show GED tests set for April 28 at UBAVC Testing date and time for administering administer-ing the General Education Development Develop-ment Test Battery was announced this week by the GED Testing Center at the Uintah Basin Area Vocational Center. The tests are scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 28. Completion of the tests will take approximately ap-proximately seven hours with a lunch break scheduled between 12 noon and 1 p.m. There are five examinations in the GED Test Battery covering the follow ing subject areas: 1. Writing skills (English, grammar and spelling); Social Science, 3. Natural Science 4 Reading, 5. Mathematics. ' Only those persons who meet the' qualifications for taking the tests will be accepted. The qualifications are listed below: , i 1. Must be at least 18 years of age and high school class has graduated. 2. Those persons under 19 years of age must furnish evidence that their high school class has graduated. 3. Must not have received a high school equivalencj certificate. j Baby spiders are known as spiderlings. |
