NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO THE PUBLIC AND RESIDENTS OF VERNAL VER-NAL CITY: Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 6, 1982, at 8:00 p.m. at the City Office, 495 East Main Street, to consider the proposed annexation an-nexation and zone designation of approximately approx-imately 20.85 acres of property located north of Ashley Creek along North Vernal Avenue, entitled the Ashley Park Annexation; Annexa-tion; and also to consider the amendment of the Policy Growth Area of Vernal City. Details of this proposed annexation and policy growth area amendment are on file in the City Office Of-fice and may be reviewed by the public during normal nor-mal business hours.
