Show IMS' V- i HELEN ANDERSON Helen Anderson dies at home Helen Myria Anderson, 68, died at her home in Vernal of a heart attack Sept. 23, 1980. Born Aug. 31, 1912 in Jensen, Utah, she was the daughter of Andrew Rich and Adelia Yeager Murray. She married Clyde R. Anderson Oct. 20, 1934 in Vernal. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was a member of the Vernal 4th Ward and served as president of the Stake Primary. She was an MIA president and teacher, Relief Society teacher and visiting teacher and librarian at the time of her death. Survivors are her husband; two sons, Rex Jay Anderson of Vernal and Rowe Clyde Anderson of Vernal; three grandchildren, two brothers, Paul Murray and Richard (Dick) Murray of Vernal; and a sister, Mrs. Lee (Estella) Dustin of Apache Junction, Ariz. The funeral will be Friday, Sept. 26, in the Vernal 4th Ward Chapel at 11 a.m. Friends may call at the Vernal Mortuary Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Maeser Fairview Cemetery. |
