' ' ' ft I ''' '"- IN A WEDDING ceremony held at Homestead in Midwav ' Shelly Gibbs became the bride of David Exeter. Their trip included seeing Yellowstone Nat'l Park. The coun'V ; plans to make their home in Sandy. Gibbs-Exeter married )! September 5 in Miduu Shelly Gibbs, the daughter of Calvin and Phyllis Gibbs of Vernal became the bride of David Exeter, son of Kenneth and Helen Exeter of Sandy, Utah on Sept. 5, 1980. The wedding was held at the Homestead in Midway, Utah and was performed by Bishop Roger Christensen. Guests attended the ceremony from Aspen, Colo., Rangely, Colo, Pocatello, Idaho, Brigham City, Utah and Vernal. A wedding brunch was held following the wedding for all guests in the Garden Room at the Homestead. The reception for the couflle was held at the home of the bride's parents on Sept. 6, from 8 to 10 p.m. The bride wore a dress of imported Belgium handmade lace with a high neck, an inset lace bodice, lace sleeves with over-the-wrist cuffs, and was accented ac-cented with silk covered buttons. A lace skirt with accordian pleated underlining underlin-ing helped to add to the long train. She wore a garden hat that had a lace cover and veil. Her bouquet was a cascading bundle of roses and gar-dinias gar-dinias accented with lily-of-the-valley. The bride's attendants were: bridemaids, Cindy Goodyear and Pam Exeter, sisters of the groom; junior bridemaids, Kimberly Gibbs and Kelly Gibbs, both nieces of the bride; flower girls were Michelle Gibbs and Annette Gibbs. The attendants wore dresses of long satin with a pleated bodice and an A-line skirt in colors of peach and cinnamon. cin-namon. They carried bouquets of fall flowers. The bride's mother wore dress with accents of cimac ' skirt and cuffs and wore a E-roses E-roses and gardinias. The groom's mother wg-. printed chiffon dress with a: waist and a long accorfe skirt.
