The shady deal involves accusations that I I ABC diverted the Wagners' rightful share of profits into I I other channels so that the earnings all went back to I I Spelling and Goldberg, producers of the 'Angels' and I I other top ABC shows. The startled Wagners found out I I about the scandal while on vacation in southern France I I when a reporter told them the case had been blown wide I I open by an ABC lawyer, Jennifer Martin.
