The water is to be diverted from three ponds, at the following points: 1 ) S. 1000 ft. W.330 It.,. fnonvN.'-i for,; 2) S. 2330 ft . W. 500 ft . from N'.i' Cor.; 3) N. 1690 ft. W. 500 ft. from S1 1 Cor.; all Sec. 8, T1S, R24E, SLB&M (SE of Matt Warner Res.). The water will be stored from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 by means of three earthfilled dams, each 6 ft. high creating reservoirs each having a 0.15 ac. ft. capacity each inundating 0.05 acs. in NE'iNW'i, SE'iNW'i, NE'iSW'., Sec. 8, T1S, R24E, SLB&M; and used from Jan. 1 lo Dec. 31 for stockwatering 40 cattle, 6 horses in NE'iNW'j, SE'-.NW'i, NE'.iSW'i, Sec. 8.
