Smelting Refining & Mining Min-ing Co. settled its retroactive pay issue with the CIO United Steel-workers Steel-workers Union on the basis of the Wage Stabilization Board's decision relative to the old contract con-tract from July 1, 1951 to June 30, 1952. Approximately 1100 workers are due to get nearly $500,000 in back pay. |
