will consider school matters commissioners meet monday to appoint a county supervisor tho the county commissioners ore are to 0 meet next Al monday londay with the fie old board of school trustees and tho a now county board of education to consider the appointment of a county supervisor the question quei tion is being raised as to the county counts being able to hire a supervisor continuously or only for part of his time the claim has boon benn set up that the county must assume tile the responsibility for all the school bunds that have been issued together with all school obligations heretofore existing and that the whole country will have to help carry these burdens hence tile the plea that dint half a man is 19 t 01 we can afford for super supe supervisor bisor on the other hand I 1 it t is held that the now school law cannot be made retroactive that all contracts contract and agreements made by the various old school districts cannot be abrogated arnd set aside by the no new w law and that districts already bonded will still carry a special tax until the bonds are arc paid A petition petition will probably be presented asking for tile the appointment of a man to put in his whole time among the s schools hool aad an d a man wh oa d a bonafide resident and taxpayer in in beaver county
