The world's production produc-tion of cotton for all consumption during dur-ing the year ending August 31, 190S, exceeded by 2.310,000 bales the production produc-tion of the provlous year, according to the census bureau's report on tho supply and distribution of cotton. It is a significant fact, the report shows, that the fluctuations In the world' supnly of cotton aro measured practi- cally by tho variations In the annual production In tho United States.
