There Is n deficit of $2,000 whieh Dr. THylornskod the coiineil to nrrango for if poMible. The report is n long one and every person who has nwistod the library is given mention. Tho report was accepted and a voto of thanks tendered ten-dered the board. The recorder wns instructed to forward the appreciation ap-preciation of tho , council to Mr. Carnegie.
