Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, June 10, 1915. Notice is hereby given that E. K. Purdy, whose, post office address is Myton, Utah, made application in accordance ac-cordance with the requirements ol Chapter 108, Session Laws of Utah, 1905, to appropriate one and one-third (11-3) cubic-feet of water per second, from Lake Fork River, Wasatch county coun-ty Utah. Said water was to have been diverted at a point which bears north 19 degrees 26 minutes east 451 feet from the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of Section 20, Township Town-ship 2 s&uth, Range 3 west, Uintah base and meridian, and was to have been conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 11.200 feet and there used from March 15 to November 15. inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 120 acres of land embraced in the southwest south-west quarter and the east half of the southwest quarter of Section 33, township town-ship and range aforesaid. L. J. Gilbert, Gil-bert, assignee, whose post office address ad-dress is Myton, Utah, now makes application ap-plication in accordance witli the requirements re-quirements of Section 1288x24, Chapter Chap-ter 62, Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to change the point of diversion of the said water, to a point which bears south 61 degrees 15 minutes west 1.300 feet from the northwest corner of Section Sec-tion 33, Township 2 south, Range 3 west, and convey it by means of a ditch for a distance of 3,000 feet, there to be used during the period originally specified, to irrigate 120 acres of land embraced in the south half of said Section 33. This application is designated des-ignated in the State Engineer's office as No. a255. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
