MYTOX CIIIEFTAIN : As another evidence of the prevailing prevail-ing progress! veness of Theodore citizens citi-zens we desire to call attention to the birth of another newspaper here last week. Volume I, Number 1 of the "Theodore Cackle," edited by Mes-danies Mes-danies Meda Watrous and Mona Itunn, made its debut In local society on the fith inst. It is strictly a woman's publication, pub-lication, and while the above names are carried as editors It Is an open secret that every member of the gentler gent-ler sex in the city is more or less associated with the enterprise, Just to give the Chieftain readers an idea of what Is doing in Theodore society, will ask space for reproduction of a sample news article from the new paper. pa-per. "Society Is Dazzled"' reads as follows: "More than five hundred of Theodore's Theo-dore's elite were treated to one of the most, elaborate receptions ever held in the state by Mrs. Albert Bjornson on Satruday of last week. The Rjornson mansion on the Strawberry Straw-berry was one beautiful blaze of electric elec-tric light, while the magnificent grounds were shown to their best advantage ad-vantage by placing of more than two hundred Japanese lanterns in the elm grove. In addition an immense herd of fire bugs had been collected on the lawns. Beautiful bunches of evergreen sage brush, interspersed here and there with sprays of greasewood, adorned the walls, while large clusters of buffalo berries were artistically arranged In handsome imjwrted vases. Theodore's Glee Club of 10G pieces furnished music for the occasion. It was undoubtedly the swellest event ev-pulled ev-pulled off In this part of the state." Asst, State Game Warden M. B.
