Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Ktnte Engineer's office. Salt Lake City, Utah, October 9, 1929. Notice is hereby given that the Farmers Irrigation Company, whose principal place of business is Bluebell, Utah, has made application in accordance accord-ance with the requirements of Sec. 8, Chapter G7, Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 inclusive to change the place of use of 205 acre feet of water from Deer Lake in Duchesne County, Utah. Heretofore said water has been diverted at a point which bears S. 39 deg. 51 min. E. 2302 ft. from the NW cor of Sec. CI, T. 1 N., R. 4 W.. U. S. B. & ML and stored In said lake and used to Irrigate all of Sees. 21, 2S, T. 1 S., R. 1 W U. S. B. & M. It Is now the intention of the applicant to divert the water and store the same as heretofore here-tofore and use for the irrigation of land embraced in Sees. 1, 3, 12, 22, 23, 24, 20, T. 1 S.t R. 4 W., Sees. 7, 10, 15, 10. 19, 20, 22, 34, T. 1 S., U. 3 W., Sees. 2, 3. 4, 0, 10, 11, 14, 15, 22. 23, T. 2 S.f It. 3 W.. Sees. 19, 20, 29, 30, T. 2 S R. 2 W U. S. B. & M. This application Is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. a-1075. All protests aganst the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefore, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dupli-cate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
