INTERESTING PROGRAM The Parent-Teachers Association held , their second meeting in the season; Monday . evening, October , 14,-AbotitipO 14,-AbotitipO people were present. A good program was presented by our pro. gram chairman, Ira B. Cannon, after which several matters of business were discussed. The association voted to purchase two ten-gallon . drinking tanks for use in the school. A Hallowe'en Hal-lowe'en ball to be given on October '30th was arranged for. President C. H. Hartman, reported that he had secured Pat and Ills Putters to furnish fur-nish the music, LeRoy W. Jlust, refreshment re-freshment chairman,' wns'i,, fortunate enough to get Mr. Green, the wentS ever aluminum agent, to serve supper on the occasion, The Parent-Teachers organization has been a vital force In the Mt, Emmons Em-mons community life for several years. The painting and cakimlnlng of the school house Is one of' the projects of the association. They n're jiow considering the drilling, of two veils, one at each building.' as their major project for this school year. |
