Morgenthau Jr., governor gover-nor of the federal farm credit administration, and his deputy, Dr. W. I. Myers. Explaining a new centralized plan of credit administration the finance officials described a program, pro-gram, designed to give individual treatment to the "forgotten farmers,", farm-ers,", close the gaps between home and farm loans and - open the way for speedy and liberal financial aid. ""Liberal long-term loans will be made on special value crops rather than the value of land for general crops while restrictions will be eased in all valuations to speed the flow of credit, the officials offic-ials said. They set up machinery of the new plan in the Berkeley land bank district, which serves Utah, California, Nevada and Arizona, and will start similar work in the 11 other land bank districts at once.
